The village of Mase is located on the right bank of the Borgne River in the Val d’Hérens.
Perched at an altitude of 1,300 meters, it is part of the municipality of Mont-Noble, which includes the villages of Nax, Vernamiège, and Mase.
Several events are organized regularly to preserve its cultural heritage.
In addition to its picturesque setting, the village has gained recognition thanks to the journalist and TV presenter for Télévision Suisse Romande (TSR), Ms. Manuela Maury, who is originally from Mase.
