As a real estate agent, you will be the key intermediary between sellers and buyers.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and acquiring listings : identifying sales opportunities and assisting property owners with property evaluations.
• Advising and supporting clients : guiding buyers throughout the purchasing process.
• Negotiating and finalizing transactions : leading discussions with owners and ensuring smooth sales processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ideally, experience in sales (real estate, insurance, banking, or equivalent).
• High motivation to succeed in real estate.
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Recommended minimum age: 28 years (exceptions possible)
