Anzère : 

The "Liberty-Pass" gives free access, during the summer, to the ski lifts, the local buses and the swimming pool.
In winter, Anzère resort is part of the "Magic Pass" ski area giving access to 25 resorts.

Perched at an altitude of 1,550 metres, the Anzère resort is part of the commune of Ayent located on the right bank of the canton of Valais. The village overlooks the Rhône Valley between Sion and Sierre. The resort is built facing due south and enjoys maximum sunshine. Its panorama stretches from the Bitschhorn to the Mont-Blanc massif, offering a view of twelve mountains over 4000 metres high.

Anzère is a medium-sized family ski resort, built around a unique car-free pedestrian village square and is as popular in the summer as in the traditional winter season. In the winter, guests appreciate te ski area with more than 50km of runs, as well as many snowshoe, hiking and ski touring trails. In the summer, there are numerous activities on offer, including hiking, mountain biking, a family Fun Park and the famous "bisse"water channels. The Spa and Wellness centre is open year-round, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a wellness centre with saunas, Jacuzzis and treatments.

This south-facing little corner of paradise is a very pleasant place to stay for both holidays and year-round residence and includes many amenities (shops, bank, hairdresser, bars, tearooms and restaurants, etc..) . Anzère is very well served by the Sion-Anzère PostBus line and easily accessible by car in summer and winter by a well-maintained road.
