The chalet is located at an altitude of 1200 meters and offers a breathtaking view of the Valais and Bernese Alps, as well as the Rhone Valley.

It is the ideal place for summer holidays or to unwind and recharge over the weekend.

It is accessible by car in summer and in recent years also in winter (depending on snow conditions).

It is just a few minutes from the "4 Valleys" ski area (Thyon-Les Collons, Veysonnaz, Nendaz and Verbier) with its 400 km of ski slopes and less than 30 minutes from the city center of Sion, with all its amenities, which is the capital of the canton of Valais.

Les Mayens-de-Sion are located on the southern slope of the Rhone Valley and overlook the city of Sion. In fact, the great bourgeois families of the capital have been spending their summers in the region since ancient times. Today, these ancestral buildings create a peaceful, relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The owners like to stay there in the summer to escape the heat of the plain.
The region has many hiking trails and also the Vex bisse, which runs through the Mayens-de-Sion and offers a beautiful waterfront walk for several kilometers. In winter, there are many ski slopes within a few hundred meters, including the famous "Piste de l'Ours" where more than 30 Alpine ski world cup races have been held.
