Description
This secluded chalet enjoys an enviable location in La Forclaz.
It boasts an incredible panoramic view over the bottom of the Ferpècle Vallon in the Val d'Hérens. Eating a wood-fired raclette while peacefully observing the Dent-Blanche, the Ferpècle valley as well as the Arolla valley, the surrounding glaciers can be the daily life of this location.
La Forclaz, nicknamed "La Petite Coquette" by Guy de Maupassant, is a small hamlet in the commune of Evolène. The hamlet lies at the foot of the Dent-Blanche and boasts a number of ski lifts. Numerous sealskin and snowshoe itineraries start here, as do several hiking trails.
