Le chalet a été complètement rénové en 2000 (isolation, sanitaires, cuisine, sols, balcons). Seules les fenêtres, déjà double-vitrage, sont d'origine ainsi que la toiture.

Le chauffage est électrique et une magnifique cheminée vous apporte chaleur rapide et économies lors des occupations hivernales.

Ce bien est vendu meublé et équipé : le tout est de qualité et parfaitement adapté au chalet.

Wunderschönes kleines Chalet (Reihenhaus) mit dem typischen Charme des Wallis und der Walliser Berge !

Walde, Ruhe, Panorama .... Ein Traum !

Im unteren Teil des Ferienortes gelegen, sind die Skipisten mit dem Pendelbus leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Im Sommer ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuss auf dem Dorfplatz, dem Herzen von Anzère.

In dem Viertel, in dem das Chalet liegt, sind Autos nicht gestattet. Jedoch kann man zum Ein- und Ausladen bis vor die Haustür fahren und den Wagen anschliessend an der etwas höher gelegenen Strasse parken.

Die Aufteilung ist wie folgt :

Hochparterre :

• Eingang mit Besucher-WC, • Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zu einem grossen Balkon, • sehr schöne offene Küche mit Essecke.

Tiefparterre :

• zwei Zimmer, davon ein grösseres mit Ankleideteil, Büroecke und Zugang zum Garten, • Nasszelle mit Badewanne, • kleiner technischer Raum / Waschküche, • Stauraum.

Das Chalet wurde im Jahr 2000 komplett renoviert (Isolation, sanitäre Anlagen, Küche, Boden, Balkon). Nur die Fenster, die aber natürlich bereits Doppelverglasung haben, und das Dach sind aus der Bauzeit.

Die Zentralheizung ist elektrisch, aber es gibt einen fantastischen Kamin, der das Chalet sehr schnell und kostengünstig heizt.

Das Chalet wird möbliert und voll ausgestattet verkauft : alles ist von erstklassiger Qualität und dem Chalet angepasst.

Located in the bottom of the ski resort, you can access the slopes with the shuttle bus. Within the summer time, the center of the station is about 15 minutes walking.

Cars are not authorized in the area. You can nevertheless come to the chalet to load / unload and park your vehicule along the street above.
